I was only there for about 12 hours, but I had a great stay. Staff were wonderful and very courteous, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the building itself looks new and updated. Breakfast isn't included, so I got the scrambled eggs, sausage, and home fries, which were above average. Overall, very happy with my stay.
Very comfortable and updated room. The Bistro Was convenient for a late supper for a toddler and the shuttle was there and waiting when we came down at 4am. Couldn't have asked for a more pleasant stay!

Our room was clean and the staff was friendly. It was an easy process to check in and out. It was quiet for the most part except some kids making some noise in the hall in the morning but nothing to complain to the staff.
Outstanding stay! We had been on the road for 12 hours and went to another hotel where reception was so poor and we were being given a hard time about the rate we had booked that we walked out and went to the Courtyard next store. The Courtyard was an oasis of civility and cheer. The check-in was flawless and they helped us find the best rate. We ate at the restaurant which was tasty and fresh. The selection was perfect and they even had local craft beers and a wide range wines. The staff was so pleasant and worked so hard to serve each customer promptly even though they had an unexpected rush of guests. The room was super clean and the beds comfy. After along day on the road the great service and comfortable atmosphere was such a welcome relief. I was traveling with my father and he could not get over the difference between the two hotels. It was like night and day and for very little difference in rate. He will only be staying at Courtyards from now on....
I was very pleased with my stay at the Court Yard Marriott Hotel on Williamsburg Rd . I needed to arrive earlier than the check in time & David was very helpful in accommodating my needs. Upon arriving at the hotel & checking in I was greeted by a most pleasant and friendly front desk associate named Sal who made my ck in smooth & informative . The room was spacious & beautifully decorated. I travel often & it's nice to ck in to hotel that goes out their way to make u feel welcome & makes every effort to assist your needs.
