Always a great stay! We stay here often and the staff is always friendly and accomodating. The rooms are clean and you can't beat the included breakfast. There's something for everyone, I love the waffles. I think the housekeeping services was not quite as thorough on our last stay but they still do the job. Definitely recommend staying here.

Cecilia! The hotel Manager, and hardest working woman in Richmond made our stay memorable. She went out of her way to make sure we enjoyed our visit (opened up the breakfast bar so we could have a glass of orange juice). Best Staff around!

The room was very clean and the bed was more comfortable than what I'm used to at hotels. The only downsides were no tub in the bathroom and a loud-ish fridge. I would definitely stay here again.

I made a reservation using Hilton points several weeks ago. I tried to make it on your app but at the last stage of the confirmation process the app did not work and I was told I needed to call Hilton reservations. I did so and I made ONE reservation. my plans changed and a week or two ago I called Hilton again to cancel that reservation. I verified that points were put back on my account. I didn't know to check for having 20,000 x 2 =40,000 points refunded because I didn't know two reservations were made. At no time when I was canceling or making the reservation did anyone make me aware I was making 2 reservations. I don't believe I received two reservation confirmation emails. Was one made on the app? If so that is certainly confusing because the process failed and I was told to call Hilton reservations to make my reservation. If two reservations were made over the phone then someone made a mistake. In any case this is not my fault. And someone should have found two reservations when I was calling to cancel. This morning, September 21, I received an alert notifying me to check in. I immediately called to cancel this and I was told I was past the cancellation deadline. But that if I called the hotel they could waive the cancellation fee. I did call and the manager told me I was unable to cancel the reservation but if I called Hilton honors they could do it. I did and I was unable to cancel the reservation without a cancellation fee. They did inform me if I called the hotel again that I could cancel. This has been a lot of wasted time. Please refund my points and any cancellation fees. thank you. I do have a recording of all of my calls the morning of September 21 if you want to listen.

Nice room but extremely offended that tv comes up on FOX automatically every time it is turned on. It is this propaganda that is undermining our democracy. I would like to know if this is a company wide policy.
